Contractual Disputes

Day-to-day disputes are inevitable in business so when a contractual dispute arises, it is important that the parties try to resolve their differences as soon as possible. We will endeavour to resolve disputes as quickly as possible to avoid protracted litigation and incurring excessive costs.

You may be in dispute with a private customer or with another business. We will ask you for the relevant documents and evidence and provide an initial assessment of the issues, engage with the other party as appropriate and if the matter cannot be resolved amicably, progress the case through litigation which should always be regarded as a last resort.
