About Hannah

Hannah graduated with a first class BA (Hons) Law degree in 2015 in which she completed her course via distant learning through University of Law. She undertook her LPC part time whilst being employed at a Civil Law firm. This enabled her to complete her training contract parallel to her LPC. This allowed her to gain invaluable hands on experience. She has previously worked on attaining and maintain Lexcel accreditation for her firm which allows her to offer the highest standards of client care. She went on to qualify in May 2021.

Hannah joined Oldham Marsh Page Flavell in September 2022 and prior to that she has 13 years’ worth of experience in all areas of Family Law including Private Children Act matters; all areas of Divorce and Financial settlements; Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements; Separation; Cohabitation; and Family Law Act applications (Non Molestation and Occupation Orders). Her wealth of experience has allowed her to deal with complicated cases pertaining to issues around Parental Alienation, cases where Guardians are to be appointed and complex financial settlements that involve a high net worth of assets outside of the jurisdiction.

Hannah has a wealth of experience in all areas of Employment Law matters and all areas of contentious Litigation and non-litigation matters having attended the High Courts on complex disputes.

In her spare time, she shares a passion for cooking and baking. She loves to read and keep herself busy at the gym. Above all that she is mostly kept on her feet by her little one!
