We understand that buying a home is probably the biggest investment that you will ever make and as such we are committed to making the process as stress free as possible.

We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible after you have decided to embark on these transactions and we can then discuss with you how matters are to proceed.

We will give you an outline of the steps be involved, and we will also confirm to you in writing the likely fees and disbursements you will incur. We will arrange to meet with you whenever possible.

On a sale, we will obtain your title deeds and supply your buyers with all the information they would normally require to be able to proceed. We will deal with any mortgage that you have and will ensure that any monies due on completion are transferred to you as quickly as possible.

On a purchase, we will investigate the title for you and obtain all relevant searches to gather as much information about the property as possible. We will also deal with any mortgage or other financial arrangements you may have. After completion we will register you as the owner of the property at H.M. Land Registry and supply you with confirmation of this.
